In the challenging world of education, balancing personal wellbeing with high performance is more critical and complex than ever.
School-leaders & teachers trying to find this balance – against the backdrop of increasing constraints around time and budgets – might find it almost impossible.
That’s where we come in.
INTRODUCING THE INNER CIRCLE
The Inner Circle draws on our work in the highest-performing environments and adapts it to the unique challenges of schools.
Dan Haesler | Director - Cut Through Coaching
Combining our work with sporting teams and large corporate organisations with our lived experience as teachers, we’ve created The Inner Circle to champion educators’ professional and personal growth.
The Inner Circle is designed for educators and schools who seek to thrive, professionally & personally.
With on-demand micro-coaching, live shows, and online group coaching, educators can tailor their membership to empower their people to engage anywhere, whenever their schedules allow. Plus, with new content added each term, there’s always fresh inspiration and insights tailored to the demands of today’s educational landscape.
Designed to address real challenges, The Inner Circle tackles burnout, wellbeing, high performance and leadership through self-directed, volitional learning that respects the time and budget constraints of busy schools and educators.
The Principal Circle – 8 x Online monthly Group Coaching Sessions (2 per term) exclusively for Principals. Because “Nobody gets a principal like another principal.”
Be Well – Teach Well – 8 x Online Group Coaching Sessions (2 per term) for educators to support them to thrive, professionally & personally.
Thrive in Your First Five – 8 x Online Group Coaching Sessions (2 per term) specifically for Early Career Teachers as they navigate the first few years in the profession
Micro-coaching courses are short self paced coaching experiences in which you will explore how to embed the theories, and our best tools & techniques to thrive professionally & personally.
They are designed so as not to be overly time-consuming, and can be undertaken, individually, as a team, or as a whole staff.
Each term, you can attend interactive live shows in which we will explore frameworks and techniques that can be used to thrive both at work and at home.
Each show will also come with a guide for further reflection, either individually, as a team or across your school.
Each week you’ll receive an email with a thought, tool and recommendation.
You can use these for your own personal use or feel free to include them in your staff or community communications & newsletters.

We do things differently.
Forget monotone presentations, reading off a powerpoint, on a screen full of blacked out video screens.
Our Micro-Coaching courses provide a short, sharp stimulus to promote thinking and discussion. We then provide you with a coaching framework to explore and embed best-practice tools and techniques into your day-to-day life – at work and at home.
Our live shows are more akin to your favourite Podcast or TV Panel Show, whilst our online group coaching sessions are built on the premise of developing authentic relationships with our cohort.
But of course – again – we would say that! That’s why you need to check out the testimonials below.
Whilst it’s not for us to tell you how to run your school, we are of the opinion that you shouldn’t ensure all your staff engage. In the same way we differentiate learning for students, we encourage the schools we work with to differentiate for their staff too. We know that adults get the most out of learning when it’s volitional.
The memberships are priced such, that if you just put this membership in the hands of your top-notch staff, your go-getters or your aspiring leaders, you’ll be getting incredible value compared to other professional learning offerings that are out there.
That said, we are able to provide engagement statistics from our platform if this an important factor in your decision making.
You’re right, there is.
Whether it’s the micro-coaching courses, the webinars or the online group coaching, you and your school will be able to take part in all manner of professional and personal development opportunities.
That said, it’s entirely up to you how much you and your staff engage with the learning.
The micro coaching courses and webinars are designed so you can go as deep as you like with the theories, ideas and tools we explore.
However, when it comes to the Group Coaching programs included in Platinum, we do request that you aim for at least 75% attendance, as these groups work best when authentic relationships are built within each cohort.
We’ve made three assumptions in the pricing of the Inner Circle.
If you tick these boxes, then we guarantee* bang for buck.
If we were to blow our own trumpet we’d say, “We are good at what we do. Really good. And when we work with intrinsically motivated people, the sky’s the limit.”
But, of course we would say that, so don’t just take our word for it, check out the testimonials below.
We’ll provide Certificates of Completion for staff to include in their portfolios.
When it comes to bang for buck, we’ve created tiered memberships to ensure cost is no barrier. Any school that wants to be part of the Inner Circle can be.
(As general guide, membership of Diamond is more or less the equivalent investment of having one of our team present at a Staff Development Day).
*By guarantee, we mean: You ticked those 3 boxes, but if after a term you’re not satisfied, we’ll cancel your membership and refund any investment you’ve made.
If you can’t tick all those 3 boxes, then The Inner Circle probably isn’t for you.
Memberships run for a calendar year, and you can join anytime pro-rata.
In 2026, the doors officially open on Monday 16th February.
